How long does delivery take?

Most preorder pieces typically take 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on the design and vendor availability.

In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our collection and the fact that many of our pieces are special occasion wear, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We encourage you to contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or your purchase.

Can I customize sleeves, length, or cancan?

Yes — international sourcing and shipping from India are already included in our pricing.

Your outfit is first received and quality-checked by us in the U.S., and customers only pay for U.S. domestic shipping from Ethnic Heirlooms to their final destination.
