Ethnic Heirlooms specializes in curated Indian fashion, including special occasion wear, preorder pieces, and limited in-stock collections.
Many of our preorder items are made based on standard sizing and customer selections such as size, length, sleeves, and minor adjustments. Design changes are not permitted once an order is placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Preorders
Preorder items typically require 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on the design and vendor availability.
All preorder pieces are sourced, received, and quality-checked by us in the U.S. before final delivery to the customer.
Minor adjustments such as blouse length, sleeves, cancan, and standard size selections may be available depending on the design. Full customizations are not offered unless specifically stated.
Preorder deposits, if collected, are non-refundable, as items are ordered specifically for the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our collection and the fact that many of our pieces are special occasion wear, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before placing an order if they have any questions regarding sizing, fit, color, or product details.

Shipping
International sourcing and shipping from India are already included in our pricing.
Customers are only responsible for U.S. domestic shipping from Ethnic Heirlooms to their final destination.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on preorder schedules, holidays, and vendor availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, slight variations may occur.
Handwork, embroidery, and artisan details may have slight natural variations, which are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted pieces.
Limitation of Liability
Ethnic Heirlooms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website, or services.
